• We accept no liability for wrong date, wrong flight number, date and time provided by the booking person.
  • If you decide not to pay with Paypal upon online booking, payments are made in cash to the driver on arrival. If your transfer is return, please pay the total balance on arrival at the hotel/resort, the lead booking name is responsible for the final payment.
  • Your itinery must be provided to the driver on arrival, if requested.
  • Should there be any changes or cancellation it must be notified to us at least 24 hours prior to the actual transfer time booked.
  • No shows without prior notification will be charged 50% of the total paid.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger to use our services due to passenger having excess luggage not declared and clients under the influence of alchol or drugs which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.
  • Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in our vehicles with the exception of water.
  • Your property is entirly your responsibility, we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • Should we fail beyond our control to reach your destination, we will provide alternative transportation at no extra cost to the client.
  • For all airport pickups we will monitor the flight landing time from our control centre and our driver will come into the terminal with the passengers name board.
  • There is no additional charge for the flight delays.
